MacKitty™ VERSION 1 DEMO PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AARCon Research grants to you free use of this demo program limited by the following terms:
1. You may install and make as many personal copies of MacKitty V1.0 Demo hereinafter referred to as "the program" as desired.
2. You may provide copies of the program to any other party as long as there is no charge for the program excluding the cost of the medium (i.e. disk or CDROM), and as long as the program, this file (terms and conditions), the sample file, order form, and user manual remain together and unaltered.
3. This program may not be modified or altered for any reason. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the Copyright.
4. Any attempt to examine the executable code to reverse engineer the program will also be considered a violation of the Copyright and is not allowed.
5. The program may be uploaded to BBS's or internet archives (i.e. infomac) as long as condition 2 is met.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Remedies.
1. MacKitty™ V1.0 Demo is provided "as is". All warranties either expressed or implied are disclaimed as to the software and its quality, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. You, the consumer, bear the entire risk relating to the quality and performance of the software. In no event will AARCon Research be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the software. If the software proves to have defects, you and not AARCon Research, assume the cost of any necessary service or repair.
